We currently have an outstanding opportunity to join our family. We have a position available as Delivery Coordinator. Our Delivery Coordinators are client service specialists. We are looking for a high energy, trustworthy, hardworking individual. Candidates MUST have experience managing client experience, and an understanding of the automotive delivery process is preferred. The right person will have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment, strong communication skills, ability to problem solve for clients on the fly, amongst other things. Most importantly, you must be willing and able to treat everyone like Family!

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Coordinates delivery of new vehicles to customers desired location with supervisor & management

• Review Pre-Delivery checklist with appropriate Sales Consultant to ensure all documents/receipt, gift packages, & client expectations are properly handled.

• Observes that the vehicle is detailed, full of fuel, has all requested accessories installed, proper paperwork printed and is ready for a Familia experience.

• Demonstrate Interior and Exterior vehicle features and personalize the delivery to the clients needs

• Document the client experience after presenting the vehicle. This includes photos and videos.

• Review vehicle warranty and/or maintenance

• Review and educate clients on bank contracts, DMV paperwork, and all necessary ownership documents.

• Guide clients to sign all documents necessary

• Collect and/or receipt client cash on delivery

• Communicate the benefits of owning the vehicle purchased as well as the benefits of joining Familia

• Provide Familia’s Gift Package

• Introduce clients to our referral program

• Assist our clients with review after explaining Familia benefits.

• Familiarize customer with our office # for any questions & introduce to our partner companies.

  (Familia Credit Solutions, & Familia Digital Services.)

• Present keys and relevant documents to client

• Return all documents/monies/trades attached with Delivery Checklist to Headquarters

• Close out delivery with supervisor/manager

• Return dealership paperwork

• Maintain Familia’s Treatment Indicator at or above Company standards

• Assist in any daily duties that most likely include but are not limited to driving

• Maintain and organize a clean and safe work area

• Participates in required training

• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system

• Follow Company rules and regulations.

• Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values

• Complies with Company policies and procedures

• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record

• 1-2 years automotive experience is preferred

• Experience with client satisfaction

• Professional appearance

• Capable of adapting to changing circumstances often

• Open availability is very important. (Nights and weekends are scheduled)

• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Out-going personality with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work with other people and in teams

• Willing and able to follow processes
